This is back

New fitness plan!!!

Tomorrow- I'm going to do HIIT in the morning, then eat the following. If the gym is open, which it probably won't be, I'll do my schedualed workout in the evening as well. If its not, when I retur I'll do a second session of HIIT.

Breakfast- Half a protein shake. Milk. Oatmeal, 1 bowl. Yogurt, 3 spoonfuls

Lunch- 3 chicken breasts, 1 salad, 2 cups water

Snack- 1 cup water, peanut butter sandwich, pieces of turkey

Dinner- Chicken breast sub, wheat bread, veggie fixins

Late Snack-cottage cheese.
